How did you find The Lauren Davis Team?

I have known Lauren since high school.  She always has a positive high energy vibe about her that I feel is essential in luxury real estate sales. 

What was the best piece of advice you received?

The best advice I received was how to get the house ready for sale.  Not only did she give me a list, but it came along with the people who could help get the list done.  We followed her direction and got over asking price!  Can’t beat that!

What surprised you the most?

Getting over asking surprised me the most.  Lauren really knows the market, how to get a house ready for sale and the art of how to price it.  Perception is reality and Lauren is a master at creating that perception for buyers both in the way the house shows and how it is priced.

How would you describe the process of working with the team?

Their highly focused energy combined with the ability to deal with my emotions allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Selling your home is emotional and Lauren has the ability to interject just enough logic to me on task.

Why would you recommend LDT?

I have recommended the LDT many times to my clients and friends.  I tell them that she has the drive and market knowledge to get your house sold and you will love working with the team!
