Edgemoor

Steps from downtown Bethesda, where an array of shops, restaurants and theaters await, as well METRO transportation. The heart of the neighborhood is The Edgemoor Club which features tennis, pool and clubhouse. The Sidwell Friends lower school and Bethesda Elementary are located within the neighborhood.

Battery Park

An idyllic area in the heart of Bethesda with access to private neighborhood clubhouse, playground and tennis courts. Walkable to all downtown Bethesda has to offer. Blocks from new Marriott headquarters.

Greenwich Forest

Known for its mature trees and deep front yards, this scenic neighborhood was modeled after an English village. The majority of the community is included in the Montgomery County Master Plan for Historic Preservation, so the look and feel will remain the same. It is conveniently located about one mile from downtown Bethesda.

Kenwood

Famous for their magnificent cherry blossoms, stunning properties and neighborhood social activities. The neighborhood park and access to the Capital Crescent Trail allow for plenty of outdoor opportunities. The shops and restaurants of Westbard Square are within walking distance.

Town of Chevy Chase

The Town of Chevy Chase is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the Washington area with its sidewalks, community center, parks, neighborhood elementary school and access to downtown Bethesda. Additionally, the Town handles snow and leaf removal, trash collection, as well as tree preservation and planting on private property.

Chevy Chase Village

Bordering the District of Columbia, the Village is a community of 720 homes along the east and west sides of Connecticut Avenue. Created in 1890, the neighborhood contains many historic homes, brick sidewalks, a Village Hall and many green spaces, giving this a suburban feel while being accessible to all the urban amenities.

Somerset

A unique neighborhood known for its proximity to the Friendship Heights, downtown DC and the Capital Crescent Trail access. The perks of being a Somerset resident include access to the neighborhood pool, tennis courts, Town Hall and many town services.

Northwest DC

The are many lovely neighborhoods in Northwest DC. These include Spring Valley, Wesley Heights, American University Park and Chevy Chase, DC. Each has unique features, but all allow for easy access to downtown DC and have community supported elementary schools.

Kensington

Historic downtown Kensington is filled with charming antique stores, restaurants, art galleries, live music venues and a year-round farmer’s market. The MARC train allows for an easy commute to Union Station. The surrounding residential neighborhoods offer a variety of housing options.
